So you’re saying you’ll tune-up, optimize, add parental controls to, backup, add antivirus protection to, and repair all problems on my computer, for one hourly rate?

That’s right! It may seem ludicrous at first, I know. But after seeing the BIG Geeks charge sky-high rates, I heard your frustrations and decided to make it simpler. There’s no reason to charge different rates for work that all takes place on the computer screen, or inside the computer, or work that combines both. So I decided to just lump it all together. That way, both of us can get more work done in less time, all for a lower rate!

Why charge by the hour? Why not a flat rate?

All of my services are charged hourly – even my 8-hour-turnaround buying/selling consultation service which is mapped out at approximately 2.5 hours at a $30/hour rate. I aim to keep costs as low as possible for you, the consumer. Why charge $170 for something that only takes an hour?

Nope! The quote stands as originally given. I'm an expert at estimating time for my services, and besides, you deserve a little less stress in your life.
